Pastor Terry’s story: Terry’s story is not unlike that of many others in the United States. Terry grew up in a strict holiness church where the judgment of God was emphasized over the love of God. At the age of 20, Terry walked away from religion and the god it represented. At the age of 36, Terry had an awakening to Christ, which led him on a journey of discovering the love of God for himself and for others. Terry has a deep passion to see every person know the love of God, their union and oneness with God, and the transforming power of the Gospel of Grace. Terry married his wife Carol in 1993. Together they have shared the journey of discovery of the Trinitarian God of the early church and the immense love He shares with us. Terry obtained is law degree in 1984 from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. In 2018 he obtained his Master of Arts degree in theology from Global Grace Seminary. Terry finds it most amusing that God would take a licensed secular legalist and turn him into a teacher of grace and love!
